Meet Eric W. Siegle

New York City Lawyer

Eric W. Siegle graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts in 1990 and received his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 1993. Mr. Siegle’s career began with positions as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney’s Office and as a Special Assistant United States Attorney, where he built a solid foundation in state and federal criminal law. These experiences have equipped him with the unique insights and skills needed to defend clients in complex criminal cases and civil matters.

Over the years, Mr. Siegle has represented individuals and corporations facing serious federal and state charges, including securities fraud, health care fraud, tax fraud, and narcotics distribution. With a stellar trial record, Mr. Siegle has never lost a criminal case that resulted in a verdict. His extensive civil litigation experience also includes winning significant awards for clients wronged by police misconduct, false imprisonment, and other abuses. Mr. Siegle’s aggressive representation and dedication have earned millions in compensation for his clients.

Meet Jonathan D. Sims

New York City Lawyer

Jonathan D. Sims holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Emory School of Law. As an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, Mr. Sims was part of the Organized Crime and Rackets Bureau and helped bring about the first Enterprise Corruption indictment in Queens. His role as a Special Assistant United States Attorney provided him with rare expertise in complex investigations and organized crime cases.

Mr. Sims has used his extensive prosecutorial and investigative skills to defend clients in high-stakes cases, including electronic eavesdropping investigations. Notably, he achieved a groundbreaking dismissal in a murder case after proving his client’s alleged confession was false. Mr. Sims is also a skilled civil rights attorney, winning millions in awards for clients who have suffered from wrongful arrest, malicious prosecution, and police misconduct. One recent success included a $750,000 award for a client wrongfully prosecuted by the Kings County District Attorney’s Office.
